Watch the Finding Peace process unfold with a real-life situation.
Date: Tuesday, September 15
Time: 7:30 pm Eastern time
Venue: Zoom (this is a virtual session)
You don’t need to fix yourself. You don’t need to explain why you feel the way you do.
What you may need is a softer way in.
Frustration. Anxiety. Guilt. Tension that lingers after a difficult interaction.
These feelings aren’t signs that something is wrong with you. They are signals, your body’s intelligent attempts to protect, process, and restore balance.
Yet most of us have learned to meet these moments with effort:
“I should be calmer.”
“I need to think this through.”
“I should be over this by now.”
And in doing so, we often create more strain.
For over 20 years, I’ve been refining and teaching a simple, deeply effective process that helps people find peace in the middle of emotional tension, not by pushing feelings away, but by meeting them gently.
When people experience this process, they often describe the effects as surprisingly powerful, quietly transformative, and deeply settling in a way words struggle to explain.
And yet, like most meaningful practices, it takes repetition. Repetition takes energy. And life doesn’t always leave room for that.
This is not a workshop where you’ll be asked to perform, share, or practice on the spot.
Instead, you’ll be invited to simply watch. You’ll observe me working with someone through the process, slowly, carefully, and with full respect for the body’s natural pace.
Recordings from a recent demonstration evening, so you can get a feel for the process before you join us.
Kay works through a real situation from start to finish. About 30 minutes.
A short reflection recorded shortly after her session.
Your nervous system begins to recognize the pattern. Your body absorbs what explanation alone cannot teach.
No pressure. No preparation. No production required.
Many people leave feeling lighter, more grounded, less reactive, and more at ease with themselves and others.
You can attend from your couch. With your feet up. With your camera off.
Come exactly as you are. Let the process do the work.
A gentle evening. A quiet demonstration. An invitation for peace to arrive naturally.
